Measured out my granddaughter very carefully and crocheted this top to the perfect fit.
A month later it was done, but alas the sweet girl had already outgrown it.

So I had to open up the seams and add extra hexagons, and it is no easy task to fit them in the right place.

But now at long last the top finally fits her.
