On the first page is a letter from Grandma to Lucia – or rather to Mom and Dad
– explaining what the book is all about.
Then you can look at and touch cherries,
bees and
a little bird,
and talk about them.
You can shake the liquorice allsorts out of the jug and put it back again.
Or you can sort and arrange it according to shape and color, - but you can’t eat it.
Unfortunately- it looks so real that Grandma just had to go out and buy a bag of real liquorice to eat.
Hopefully Baby won’t feel the same way.
